We were there for a multi-school assembly, and the children were so excited to be there! The Mariachi Band from Los Angeles was excellent, and they did a great job educating and entertaining ing these youngsters. So proud to have a beautiful theater like this in our town.
The aesthetic of this place is pretty. A lot of seating. Even from the very back row bottom level you can see the stage just fine- that’s where I took the photos from. There’s a concession stand right when you walk in. Spent $10 on two carbonated waters. Clean bathrooms but the stadium seats are really dirty. I had a white sweater on and was afraid it would get dirty if I sat in the chair with it on. I was uncomfortable sitting in the seats 😧 Do they ever deep steam clean or shampoo the chairs? Still a good time if you want to see a live show.
A small, beautiful, historical building. Friendly people and good acoustics.
A lovely experience - it’s simply huge, but somehow homely and sweet. Sound and film quality was also great.
Love seeing shows at the Arlington; it's a good venue for medium size acts. Saw Peter Frampton here and Pink Martini for examples. The inside is decorated like you are in a public square; you can feel the history both simulated and real.
Beautiful place and the theater area was larger then what I expect it and did not disappoint me .
Very nice historic venue. But sadly there is no AC. I went to see one of my favorite bands perform and I couldn’t enjoy it because it was so hot in there and stuffy. They also have some stage lights pointing right in your face while you wait for the show to start, makes it that much hotter and uncomfortable. It was so sad because this band is iconic now I have this memory of not enjoying the music that I love as much.
Watched Jerry Seinfeld here and had an amazing time! The venue is in the core of Santa Barbara so it is perfect to watch a show at the theatre before or after a bite or a shopping spree as there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The venue gives an outdoor feeling even though you are inside with lots of seating available.
